Rene's Story

Life I was born in Cuba and i feel very lucky to have studied in a great High school like Memorial High School. We had two great music teachers, Dr. Ezekiel Levy and Mr. William Caiazza. They were not only outstanding musicians but also incredible human beings who recognized talent and went out of their normal curricular activities to give us a quality music education. I'll remmember them and be forever thankful to them and Memorial High School for as long as i live.... After high school i attend...Expand for more
ed Juilliard and Dick Grove Music college in Los Angeles. Right now i am living in the Tijuana-San Diego area where i share my live with my wife and four children. I am a very popular and well known teacher in Tijuana, where i teach at the Casa De La Cultura in Tijuana, Mexico. I have my own Latin Jazz group called Jazz Cult with whom i recently recorded a Latin Jazz album which is coming out soon in an independent record label. Love and best wishes to all my class mates. sincerely, Rene Arauz....
